These terms apply when you enrol in a course or join a community operated by Alite Club, Karachi, Pakistan. By enrolling you agree to them, so please read them before you pay.
What you are buying
You are buying access to pre recorded online courses taught in Urdu and Hindi, and where applicable access to our private student community. Course access is granted to you personally and is not transferable.
Enrolment and payment
Prices are shown on the enrolment form in Pakistani Rupees. Students outside Pakistan may pay 20 US Dollars per course by arrangement over WhatsApp. Payment is made by bank transfer to our Meezan Bank account. Your enrolment is confirmed once we have verified the payment screenshot you upload, after which we email your login details.
Lifetime access
Course access does not expire. You pay once and may revisit the lessons whenever you want. This applies for as long as Alite Club operates the platform. Our premium Discord trading community is a separate monthly membership and is not covered by lifetime access.
Your account and the content
Your login is for your use only. Please do not share your account, and do not record, download, copy, resell or redistribute any part of our courses. All course videos, written material, templates and prompts remain the intellectual property of Alite Club and its instructors. If we find an account being shared or content being redistributed, we may suspend or terminate access without a refund.
Community conduct
Our private community exists so students can learn together. Please keep it respectful. We may remove anyone who spams, abuses other members, promotes unrelated products, or shares course material outside the group.
Educational purpose only
All of our content, including the trading and investing courses and anything shared in our premium community, is educational. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, commodity or currency. We are not licensed financial advisors and we are not acting as your advisor.
No guarantee of results
We teach the methods we personally use. We cannot and do not promise that you will earn any particular amount of money, gain any particular number of followers, or achieve any particular trading result. Outcomes depend on your effort, your skill, your market conditions and factors outside anyone’s control. Trading and investing carry real risk, including the risk of losing your capital. Any decision you take is your own responsibility.

Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your enrolment is the version that applies to you. Significant changes will be reflected in the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Karachi.
